This retreat provides you with the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your inner self, to remember what is truly important to you, to get in touch with your heart and awaken the fullness of who you are. Alex.

My passion is to discover the power of the breath, emotions, mind, and anything our bodies consume. I spent more than 13 years practising meditation, which for me, is the foundation for almost everything.

I have completed several yoga teacher trainings with different teachers, and to deepen my knowledge of working with the breath and the body, I have completed the Breathwork Teacher Training at Alchemy of Breath with Anthony Abbagnano. During the last years, I also studied with BioDynamic Breathwork(BBTRS), Wim Hof and Dan Brule.

From attending many retreats, workshops, and courses around the world, I am combining everything I learned and will be sharing from these traditions, which have been further developed through my own practice.

From November till April, I run a retreat centre in Sri Lanka (GreenPeace Inn - Yoga | Health | Retreats) since 2017, where I guide people through a life- changing process using breathwork, yoga, meditation, and healthy food. Since 2022 I have organized as well Breathwork retreats in Europe under the brand “husma - holistic breath retreats”
By running my own web & IT company for over ten years, I also know the challenges of a busy and stressful life.

Mélanie.

As I dance through life with an open heart and never-ending curiosity about what our time on this planet and personal growth has to offer, I experienced many different ways to dive deep and connect with the inner landscape and the magic that lies within. On the path of self discovery and the mystery of life, I came in touch with profound teachings, and this wondrous journey continues to unfold and inspire me every day. In the past decade, I spent a lot of time in learning and remembering how to become more home in my body, how to deeply connect with myself and others, how to breathe and to flow, how to lead myself through challenges, how to stay in my truth and feeling fully alive in my feminine being. 

My passion is to create warm and beautiful places with lovely atmosphere to relax into and spaces for people to come together, closer to themselves and each other in a nourishing and joyful way. I was trained as a Breathwork facilitator (https://alchemyofbreath.com, 2020, 400h), BioDynamic Breathwork facilitator (BBTRS, L1, 2019) and Kundalini Yoga teacher (https://www.imagineacademy.eu, 2016, 500h) and taking part in lots of retreats, courses and workshops myself, is part of my life and growth since 2012. I am also deeply fascinated and passionate about Feminine embodiment, intimacy, relationship and Tao and Tantric arts and what we can create when we meet our open hearts. It touches me to share some of this field in my work with women. Currently I am in a beautiful training to become a Somatic Educator for women to deepen my knowledge around Embodiment, Trauma & the Nervous system, Shadow work and Feminine leadership and mysteries (https://www.somaticinstituteforwomen.com). Besides that, I am running a restaurant since 2011 and as an interior designer I like to bring beauty to all that I touch. With Alex and my 10-year-old boy, I live in a community house in Zurich. 

Dhani.

Movement, music and the power of writing are the main tools I use to empower people to learn more about themselves, to grow and transform. Early on in my life, I discovered the healing power of music. Singing and expressing ourselves in community through our voices is an ancient ritual that I like to share. Over the last 20 years, I have practiced many movement practices. From martial arts to yoga and from calisthenics to dance. I like to combine the essence of these practices to truly feel what our body is capable of and learn how to listen to what it has to tell us. After all, we are embodied beings.

Over the last 5 years I have been deeply engaged in the art of storytelling and writing and how these practices allow us to rethink and restructure our lifes for the better. In my workshop series ‘The Power of the written Word’ participants explore how writing influences the way we see ourselves, others and the world.

As a trained coach, yoga teacher and workshop facilitator, I love to design and deliver learning experiences that are geared towards personal growth and well being.

Stefan.

A big part of my life is yoga. I’ve delved so deeply into the different aspects of the practice that I’ve successfully found the limits of my body and, along the way, ended up with injuries. These experiences have been powerful teachers for me.

I’ve been studying and teaching yoga for over 10 years now, frequently visiting India to refresh and update my knowledge. Since 2016, I’ve been leading teacher trainings around the world and now run my own center in Sri Lanka: Lanka Yoga. Throughout that time, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of students through the ever-evolving iterations of our training program with

A passion for bringing therapeutic pleasure and well-being to the body. It is my hope that this profoundly healthy and therapeutic yoga touches as many people as possible, especially those who have suffered injury, pain or illness.
